The
"9600" Series Deluxe Video Inspection System sets a new standard for structural
rigidity with high resolution zoom optics, large 6" x 8" and 6" x 12"
travel stages, dual digital crosshair generator, choice of three readout
systems, option video edge detection and 3 axis CNC systems. S-T
Industries has been manufacturing precision measuring tools and measuring
instruments in the U.S. since 1942.
All electronics are located in a separate
electronics module for simple service and bulb replacement. The module
keeps all heat away from the video inspection system to prevent any
influence on the accuracy of the measuring system.

The 8660 VGA crosshair generator provides a superimposed reference
crosshair to assist video inspection. The generated lines can be solid
or serrated and viewed in black, white, red, green, blue, yellow or
auto-color. Automatically changes from dark color to light color on
edges. The 8660 operates on 12 volts DC and includes a wall mount
transformer. It is configured for both NTSC and S-Video inputs. Use
with any standard VGA monitor.

Standard Digital Readout ST 7000 X-Y Standard Display features absolute/incremental,
IN/MM conversion, random zeroing, RS232C output, linear error
compensation and Q axis for digital screen protractor.
Quadra-Chek 221/221E Digital Displays Quadra-Chek 221 & 221E Displays provide fast geometric
computations in a simple, easy to use format. Functions include point,
line, circle, distance, angle, skew alignment and Measure Magic. Other
features include Inch/MM, Cartesian/Polar, nearest/farthest distance,
complimentary angles, serial and parallel ports and 200-feature
memory. Large, high contrast LCD screen graphically displays
measurement features and construction. Housing tilts backward or
forward for best angle of operation. Model 221E includes fiber optic
edge sensor.
Quadra-Chek 5200 PC-Based Digital Readout Quadra-Chek 5200 Display is a PC computer based geometric
readout system, mouse driven,
with on screen graphic representation of part or part segment as it is
measured. Simple CAD interface simplifies constructions and part
programming. Unlimited part and feature memory. Includes computer with
Microsoft® Windows®, fiber optic edge sensor and all functions found
in the Quadra-Chek 200.
