#3700/3788 Deluxe Horizontal 14" Optical Comparators
The 3700 Series model is S-T Industries top of the line 14" horizontal beam profile projector.  The 3700 is the ultimate system for load capacity and accuracy.  It features an erect image and S-T's exclusive gothic arch bearing ways which provide the best accuracy and life.

#20-3700-00: Deluxe 3700 series optical comparator, as shown below.
#20-3788-00: Deluxe CNC 3788 series optical comparator; the "3788" has all of the fine features of the standard #3700 comparator PLUS the benefit of high-speed stepper motor drives and CNC positioning. Simple, yet powerful part programming and optical edge sensing converts the optical comparator into a fully automated inspection system.

Quadra-Check #220 Series Digital Readout Quadra-Chek /121/221/221E/321E
These powerful digital readouts provide fast geometric computations in a simple, easy to use format.  Functions include point, line, circle, distance, angle, skew alignment and Measure Magic. Other features include Inch/MM, Cartesian/Polar, nearest/farthest distance, complimentary angles, serial and parallel ports and 200-feature memory.  Large, high contrast LCD screen graphically displays measurement features and construction.  Housing tilts backward or forward for best angle of operation.

The QC 121 features basic functions, while the other three readouts have many more features.  QC 221E & 321E include fiber optic edge sensors.  The QC 321E features an enhanced, color-touch screen.  For more information on the capability of these DROs, see www.metronics.com.
Quadra-Check #5215 DRO Quadra-Chek 5215
PC computer-based geometric digital readout system, mouse driven, with on-screen graphic representation of part or part segment as it is measured.  Simple CAD interface simplifies constructions and part programming.  Unlimited part and feature memory.  Includes computer with Microsoft® Windows®, fiber optic edge sensor and all functions found in the Quadra-Chek 221 series shown above.

MOTORIZED STAGE OPTION
