The LE12S Linear Encoders have a .5" (12mm) stroke length with resolution of .000002" (.00005mm). The accuracy is an incredible .000020"/ .0004mm over the entire measuring range and it is available in several versions. The IP50 model (spring push) is most suitable for clean rooms. The IP65 versions are for more harsh environments.
