SmartPlugs are designed to give the operator great speed and ease of use
of use, unmatched measuring accuracy and superb repeatability.
SmartPlug
gages are a cost-effective, modular system and are available in dedicated
sizes from .236 to 11.2" (6 to 280mm). Though Bowers SmartPlug
gages are custom made to size, they generally ship within 3 weeks!
They
feature tough, robust construction for long working life and can be
incorporated into in-process (on-line) automated measuring processes.
SmartPlug
plug gages vary in price from $560.00 for a 1/4" size to $725.00 for a 3"
size to $2150.00 for an 11" size plug gage. A wide variety of
holders, extensions, protective shrouds, mechanical & electronic
indicators are sold separately.
