Instantly convert your existing Dial Indicator type Chamfer or Countersink gage into a state-of-the-art Digital Electronic version with full SPC capability for only $450.00 (save $50.00 off list price).  Barcor, Inc. will retrofit ANY brand of Chamfer gage or countersink gage regardless of it's age.  The twelve-point service includes:

• Complete disassembly, clean-up and inspection for excessive wear and out of tolerance conditions.

• Repainting of the body housing

• Regrinding and lapping of the Base Retainer Plate

• Reassembly with the new Electronic Digital Indicator

• Reworking of the housing to fit (if non-Barcor brand)

• Adjusting and lubricating

• Regrinding the Gaging Plunger tip end square to the axis of the gage

• Assembling and recalibrating the Gage to NIST traceable standards

• A brand new storage container

• New nameplate and serial number

• Includes batteries

• LIFETIME free recalibration.

In participation with Barcor, we are proud to offer a factory trade-in program.  You'll get 30% off the list price of any new Barcor mechanical gage; regardless of the model, age or make! 

You don't even have to send in your old gage until after you receive the new one!  We'll even ship the new gage at the trade-in price, so as not to confuse the accounting department.  After you receive the new gage, just return the old one to the factory in Illinois.

Barcor Gage Repair Services

Do you need to have your existing Barcor Chamfer Gage, Countersink Gage, Hole Gage, Angle Gage or other Barcor product repaired?   We offer factory repair services which include free body repainting, new crystals and replacement with a new storage case (when applicable).  

Your gages will be brought back to full factory specifications.   Repaired gages carry the same factory guarantee as new gages; and can even be supplied with N.I.S.T. long form certification for an additional nominal fee.

We offer repair services for all brands of chamfer gage, countersink gage, hole gage or angle gage; regardless of age or condition.

Replacement parts and new dial and/or electronic indicators are also available (we'll need to know the model number and serial number of your gages).
