The
Fowler - Bowers #54-275-777 & #54-561-005 DepthMatic Rivet Gages are a new concept for
measuring rivets & screw heads. Accurate and repeatable
measurements are achieved quickly and simply on the shop floor. Two
versions are available, one with a horizontal display (best for
applications that are in front of the inspector) and one with a vertical
display (best for applications that are above or below the inspector).
Three hardened steel
radius-shaped contact feet permit rivet checks on flat and curved
surfaces. Features a measuring
range of 0 to .5" (0 to 13mm) and switchable resolutions of
.00005"/.0005" and .001mm/.01mm. Large LCD display, two
references, Preset, Min, Max, TIR and Tolerance modes as well as RS232
output for SPC applications. Includes custom fitted
case and 3V #CR 2032 lithium battery.

#54-561-010 Ripple Gage is well-suited for the aircraft industry.
The ripple
gage simultaneously measures displacement in height and length.
The standard
gage has .5"/13mm travel in the "Z" axis and 6"/150mm travel in the "X"
axis.
Special
gages are available with measuring capacity of 120"/3M or longer.
